The Power Of Music
We can easily get locked into thinking and dwelling too much on ‘Christmasses Past’. We can get bogged down with trying to recreate the perfect Christmas in the present based on happy experiences of the past, or we can get stressed out trying to keep up with everyone else who seems to be really enjoying this time of year and look like they're going to have an amazing Christmas.
Or, Christmas can make us very sombre, sad and a bit 'Scrooge-like' in our actions and words.

A Different Way
I'd like to suggest a different way to think about and remember Christmas this year. With songs, we cannot help but remember feelings, emotions and experiences from the past, and if we close our eyes we can almost relive those memories vividly.
