Why does live seem to take place at 100mph? Deliberately choose to slow down a little this week and look out for others. If you find yourself in a queue at the shops let someone go ahead of you. If you see someone elderly struggling with their shopping slow down on your own agenda and help carry it. Hold doors open for people, look out for others.
