  • These days people are always in such a rush. They never seem to have time for others and run around like their lives depend on it. Adults complain all the time about speed cameras because these catch them driving too fast. Why does live seem to take place at 100mph?
  • Deliberately choose to slow down a little this week and look out for others.
  • If you find yourself in a queue at the shops let someone go ahead of you. If you see someone elderly struggling with their shopping slow down on your own agenda and help carry it. Hold doors open for people, look out for others.
  • As the world rushes by around you take a moment to slow down and put others first. You'll be amazed at how surprising this is to those in your community.
