“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen ”
Matthew 6:9-13

Mission Academies – click here for more information We recognise that all great moves of God, have a firm foundation of prayer, and so it is crucial that together in unity we seek to make prayer a priority. If we truly are to see a nation transformed for Jesus as churches and young people engage in word and action mission, then we must commit to building on the already increasing foundation of prayer.Hope Revolution are joining with ‘United’; a partnership between HOPE Revolution and a number of national prayer and youth movements, to ensure that prayer and mission flow together throughout 2013 and 2014.
United
When the Amalekites attacked Israel in Exodus 17, Moses told Joshua to take an army out to fight the Amelekites while he went to the top of the hill to hold up the staff of God. All the time Moses’ was holding up the staff, the Israelites had the advantage, but when ever he dropped his hands, the Amalekites had the advantage. Eventually all Moses’ companions, Aaron and Hur recognised that Moses needs some help, so they sat him on a stone, stood either side of him and held his hands up until sunset. The result was that Israel won the battle that day.
We are asking the army (mission movements) and the air force (prayer movements) to strategically come together to see us win a victory in 2013 and 2014.
Mission Academies:
To help release young people into what we believe God is calling them to, we are seeking to establish a minimum of 52 Mission Academies across the British Isles in 2013.
We are encouraging the Mission Academies to:
– Unite young people from across different churches in their area
– Enable young people to take part in the year of unbroken prayer in 2013
– Equip and empower young people to shape local word and deed mission in 2014Click here to find out more about Mission Academies

2013 Year of unbroken prayer:
Young people are leading a year of unbroken prayer 2013 year of unbroken prayer as we get ourselves ready for mission in 2014.
Young people from 52 different areas are running a week of 24-7 prayer across their locality as part of a year of a wave of prayer which is sweeping across our nation in 2013. As each of these 52 areas takes it in turns to run a week of 24-7 prayer, we are inviting the whole nation to stand with them (become their Aaron and Hur) in praying for a breakthrough in their area.
